- Cancellations will be considered if requested within 15 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
- Cancellation requests for perishable items (e.g., flowers, eatables) are not accepted. However, if the customer demonstrates that the quality of the product delivered is unsatisfactory, a refund or replacement may be offered.
2. Damaged or Defective Items

- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
